Fox and the Magpie, a beautiful independent gift shop, creative space and party venue in Shipley, is now hosting vintage crafternoon tea parties for kids! If you are looking for something a little bit different for your next children’s party, this could well be the answer!

Perfect for little ladies who love to lunch, craft and dress up, party guests can show off their creative skills with a fun craft activity (see options below), followed by the opportunity to get dressed up in a selection of elegant hats, gloves and jewellery, before sitting back to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea with friends.

Craft activity options include:

  • Fabric facinators and brooches
  • Decorate a bird box, notebook, door hanger or wall plaque
  • Design a cotton tote bag or t-shirt

Served from cake stands filled with dainty sandwiches and pretty cakes, and washed down with pink lemonade from vintage china teapots, children will love this fantastic take on a traditional afternoon tea party!

Where: Fox and the Magpie, 39 Bradford Road, Shipley, BD18 3DS

When:  Morning, afternoon, after school or evening – 7 days a week

Cost:     £15 per head (minimum 6, maximum 14) to include craft activity, afternoon tea style party food and drink, cupcakes and party bag. Parties last for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.
